  Incredibly poor customer service. Impossible to get any help and then when someone does stop to “help” they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Rude and unwilling to assist. After asking 4 people for help and getting the run around, someone finally agreed to help me re-key locks I had purchased from the location. While assisting me, another customer (who had been searching for help with no avail) asked the gentlemen for help that was working on my locks. The worker, instead of kindly saying he was busy, cut the customer off by saying “not now!!” The customer responded with “what do you mean not now” and the worker said “I’m busy!” So rude! No excuse for this even with holiday season.
